Set The Correct Pagefile Size

Again Mark has an excellent detailed explanation how to set the correct pagefile.

To set the correct pagefile you must know the commit load which can be found by mark's tool processexplorer

Open all the programs that you use on a busy day and open all big databases that you might need at the same time.

After a workingday you open up proccessexplorer and look at commit charge peak.

Now calculate this value minus physical memory and set that as your minimal pagefile and double that value as your maximum.

Ofcourse double check after another busy day if the values are set correct. It could be that the load has increased over time
